Jen-Chieh Tsai

Dr. Jen-Chieh Tsai is the General Manager of the Environment and Development Foundation and the Secretary-General of the Water Affairs Organization of Taiwan. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in water resources management, industrial wastewater treatment, and water reclamation and reuse. He has led and promoted numerous government-funded water resource reclamation projects and currently serves as a water conservation technical advisor for the Hsinchu Science Park. In recent years, Dr. Tsai has focused on the application of smart water management and circular economy technologies, helping industries improve water-use efficiency and enhance their sustainability performance.
